| Recently, Taiwan updates the test method for methyl t-butyl ether (MTBE). The current method (NIEA T702.20B) will be abolished while the new method (NIEA T702.21B) is coming into force on 30 November 2012.
Taiwan is now seeking public comments for the test method of organic compounds, which contained in toxic chemical substances using the sample preparation method. The method (NIEA T704.23B) will become effective on 31 December 2012, and the old one (NIEA T704.22B) will be abolished accordingly.
