California Government to Revise Safer...

    The California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) plans to revise its long-delayed Safer Consumer Product Regulation once again. The agency recently released public comments on its proposal received since it was released in late July.

According to DTSC spokesman, the agency intends to finalize the regulation by the spring of 2013. Following the release of the ninth version of the regulation, DTSC will open a 30-day public comment period for the newly revised regulation.
